Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan in 91784

The job isn't finished yet (not Sean's fault) as we're waiting on a part but overall this guy is terrific at customer service. He calls when he says he will. He knows what to order and how to go from start to finish (taking care of everything in between). We are planning to use him for some additional electrical work throughout the house. My guess is he'll become "our electrical guy" we call on for whenever we need anything. Really glad I used the Service Magic process for the first time.

This is a repair we've needed for several weeks, and couldn't find anyone that would do it. Nice to know a service like this exists for future needs :)

Robert was on time at 8:00 a.m.on Sunday and began work installing a new attic fan. That portion of the wok went pretty well. The second portion of the work, installing a whole house fan, was a nightmare. Our old house threw obstacle after obstacle at Robert, from termite-ridden, rotten rafters to old brittle wall board and 100 degree heat. What should have taken 3 or 4 hours took 8 hours. But Robert pressed on, fabricating and replacing where needed, and gave us what we had asked for. For his efforts I paid him more than his estimate.

We are happy with our fans and highly recommend Robert Echt.
