Drain Masters called before I had even logged off the ServiceMagic site and before I had a chance to check the company's licensing, but we set up an appointment. My check later of the CSLB web site found licensing and insurance were in order. Eric arrived toward the end of the appointment window, but he looked over the list of tasks we wanted addressed and gave us estimates for some and all of those and explained how some of his estimates were worst-case scenarios that could affect price. Prices on some of the replacement pieces were pretty high, but he did the work all at once and was very clean and thorough. We are pleased with his work.
